The company owner, Mikkel Eivind Oskal, is supported by his mother, Ellen, who brings a wealth of experience in reindeer herding. Ellen's upbringing involved living in a lavvo throughout the seasons—winter, spring, summer, and autumn.

Mikkel Eivind himself gained valuable experience working as a tourist guide alongside his cousin for three years.
